Refund Policy
In accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines (Repair, replace, refund, cancel | ACCC), customers may be entitled to a repair, refund, or replacement depending on the individual circumstances.
When consumers are NOT entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund:
- If they received the product as described but simply changed their mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided they no longer want it, or have no use for it.
- If the issue with the product was caused by misuse.
- If the product is custom-made and the customer requests to cancel their order due to wait times. Our products are made to order, and estimated production times are clearly stated in the product listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the stated wait times.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
Shipping Policy
- Flat-rate shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Customers can choose to collect their order from our workshop (this option is available at checkout).
- Shipping is available Australia-wide.
- Orders shipped via Australia Post are sent Express and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Orders sent via courier may take 7-14 business days.
- All items are insured and include tracking.
- Please enquire about the possibility of international shipping.
