When consumers are NOT entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund: If they received the product as described but simply changed their mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided they no longer want it, or have no use for it. Our products are made to order, and estimated production times are clearly stated in the product listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the stated wait times. Customers can choose to collect their order from our workshop (this option is available at checkout). Shipping is available Australia-wide. Orders shipped via Australia Post are sent Express and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via courier may take 7-14 business days.
